Welcome!  Pianoforte Comforts was born out of a desire to produce quality hand-crafted cushions for home decor, based here in Cardiff, South Wales.  I  work from home; not a large commercial factory unit, situated within an industrial park.  All my work is carried out in small batches.  All material used is high quality and used throughout the upholstery industry.  From placing an order to dispatch of the finished goods to the appointed address, this process will take around three weeks.  It sounds like a very long time, but, these cushions are artisan made - not mass produced!  The cushions made by myself are completely "square" traditional scatter type.  I do not make bolster; round, or settee cushions.  Largely due to my working space, these type of cushions, firstly, require a large amount of creative area.

I believe that all home decor, should in all instances, bring a sensation of relaxation and comfort to any living room, or entire home.  What better than to own decor made in Wales.  Decor made to order, that will be the centre of discussion when inviting friends over for whatever the reason.
